OK, how do you want to do this? I lack most skill at communicating with Wikipedia. I am 77 years old.

william Lee Stoddart was my Grandfather, (well, step-grandfather, anyway). Sabra Wheless Ballinger was my Grandmother. My mother Clara was re-named Virginia Stoddart, (9 years old at the Stoddart marriage in Asheville, NC 19 July, 1923) I am George Bird Metcalf, Jr.

I am beyond proving this issue since I long since (1940) got the inheritance.

I have done what I could to upload the photos of William and Sabra. Sorry if mistakes. Your instructins far to complex and wordy for me. Plumalley

I do not know how to properly document my "correction". There is, of course, documentation in Vital Records, Buncombe county, NC 19 July, 1923. You prefer to believe NYT society reporter?? plumalley —Preceding unsigned comment added by (talk) 17:23, 16 June 2009 (UTC)

I see that again the "Editors" are threatening to delete the historical photo of William Lee Stoddart's 2nd wife; It really hard to preserve history.----plumalley---- —Preceding unsigned comment added by Plumalley (talkcontribs) 15:26, 1 January 2010 (UTC)

Plumalley, Georgian Terrace[edit]

Plumalley, I have so many questions. I uploaded two photos, one of the Georgian Terrace and one of the Ponce de Leon Apartments, both, of course, in Atlanta. (I'll get better photos this spring - the Ponce has just removed the scaffolds that were in front of it for two years as they've done some refurb/stabilization.) I give walking tours in Atlanta and talk about three of your grandfather's buldings, the two I mentioned included. The Georgian Terrace Hotel, in particular, has a lot of history associated with it. The birth place of Arthur Murray's dance studios in the 20s (he was a student at Georgia Tech), the Gone With the Wind gala in 1939 with stars Clark Gable and Vivian Leigh attending, among others, a mafia hit in the 20s, and a George Clooney commercial shot there in 2007 for El Torro vodka. I'd love to create, or help you create a page on Wikipedia for this amazing hotel. Message me via my talk page if interested.Carsonmc (talk) 05:31, 17 February 2010 (UTC)

I do not wish to edit this article, but would like to offer some corrections & additional information. For example, Stoddart's second wife was Sabra Whelles Ballinger (she is assumed to have been previously married). Tarch3691 (talk) 20:12, 23 March 2009 (UTC)
