Smeatonian?[edit]

Parsons is apparently the William Parsons who joined the Smeatonian Society in 1805, and died in 1828. See [1]. The Royal Society database has a little more material on him (verging on original research, surely). Charles Matthews (talk) 09:09, 21 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
