Property history of Flatbush and Ocean corner

It seems to have first been the Melrose Hotel, was perhaps acquired by the city, then Roxby Motor Car and a commercial car lot under probably various owners, and now the MTA car lot and the Flatbush Trees. Or perhaps the acquisition in the early 20th century was only proposed, and it was actually publicly acquired in the phase after it had already been a commercial car lot.--Pharos (talk) 16:12, 4 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
