Why this page
[edit]Currently the page at word processor is about stand-alone word processor machines.
This has been flagged as a problem since 2014, and in fact it's more of a problem than the tag suggests.... the article is not just focused on these obsolete machines, it leaves the current word processors out completely!
So I've made a start. See also Talk:Word processor#Where to now. Andrewa (talk) 00:44, 2 May 2018 (UTC)
- I know. There should be but two articles on the topic:
- Word processor (hardware)
- Word processor (software)
It's not that difficult. Having it set up this way just makes the most aense. But somehow, somewhere, for some unknown reason, things are getting unnecessarily 'tangled'. Jim Jimj wpg (talk) 05:45, 8 June 2020 (UTC)
"Rakesh" word processor
[edit]This article mentions a word processor called "Rakesh". Was there ever a word processor with this name? Jarble (talk) 12:54, 25 September 2020 (UTC)
