This article seems nothing more than a commercial advertisement and should be deleted.

Festivals recur. Why not let these people promote themselves using paid commerical media? I know its in a quasi-socialist country but why not let the market deal with its promotional needs? Yes, festivals recur, and there are numerous music festivals with articles on Wikipedia. The article documents an event that was of cultural significance in Shanghai. --Sfmammamia (talk) 00:40, 19 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
