Amir al-umara
[edit]- ... that the holders of the office of amir al-umara became the virtual regents of the Abbasid Caliphate from 936 on?

- Article length and date checkout; it's very well-sourced. The hook is sourced, although not in the exact wording but that's fine; AGF on offline sources (couldn't acces that page). I would suggest an ALT1:
- ... that with the appointment of Muhammad ibn Ra'iq in 936, the holder of the office of amir al-umara became the virtual regent of the Abbasid Caliphate?
- Either way, this is good to go. Yazan (talk) 16:24, 23 November 2012 (UTC)
