- New enough, long enough, neutral and cited. There was a little bit of close paraphrasing but I resolved the issues I could find myself. ALT0 is interesting (ALT1 too detailed). @Longhornsg: As this is your sixth DYK nomination, a WP:QPQ will be required. Hameltion (talk | contribs) 18:32, 20 March 2023 (UTC)

- Thanks for the reciprocity. A suggestion, might want to add {{Infobox basketball biography}} for some at-a-glance info if there's enough to make it worth it. Hameltion (talk | contribs) 20:19, 20 March 2023 (UTC)

- Just investigating the claim of first. 2022, Ryan Turell took the next step in his journey of trying to become the first Orthodox Jewish player in NBA history Saturday when he was selected No. 27 overall - Kufeld gets mentioned here as first drafted. Dave Kufeld gets mentioned only in Jewish press, probably because he was such a late pick, was in the pros for four days and never played pro. I was not confident in the publication Jews in the City so I added The Times of Israel to our article. Bruxton (talk) 15:27, 28 March 2023 (UTC)
- Earwig is down. Bruxton (talk) 15:34, 28 March 2023 (UTC)
- Thanks, @Bruxton:. Kufeld is the first, and the distinction with Turell is that Turell was drafted in the NBA G League draft (minor league), not the NBA draft.
- @Longhornsg: I want to beef up the RS. See here. Bruxton (talk) 18:54, 28 March 2023 (UTC)
