East Indies theatre of the French Revolutionary Wars[edit]

Moved to mainspace by Jackyd101 (talk). Self-nominated at 16:48, 17 June 2015 (UTC).

  • New enough, as moved to mainspace on day of nomination. Long enough by a factor of 24. The tone of the article is neutral, a dispassionate description of historical events. Each paragraph, yea, each sentence directly tied to inline citation. As all sources are offline, I am going to AGF on paraphrasing, given the quality of the writing, the quality of the citations, the overall academic feel of the article, and that several searches on phrases I felt to be most susceptible to paraphrasing turned up absolutely nothing. The hook is within format, is as neutral as the article, and the transfer of power from one entity to another I find to be highly interesting. Hook directly attributed to offline source, AGF again. QPQ complete. No DYK image to check. Fantastic article, I learned much, and I have no doubt it will soon achieve GA status. Well-deserving of mainspace exposure. 78.26 (spin me / revolutions) 14:52, 22 June 2015 (UTC)
