  • @Gbohoadgwwian:. Few things to do before I review the article in detail. Article is new and long enough (2000+) but requires some good reorganising and copyediting. Another thing is to link all news and other online references by url, so it become easy to access them for review and for readers. As it is a memorial, I suggest following sections: History and Controversy. There is no need for other sections. Merge them in History. Remove notable visitors section as well (not needed). Representative information on controversy should be reorganised in Controversy section with appropriate references. Add more information on Architecture in separate section only if you have more than one line of information. The lead section WP:LEAD should summarize content in the section. Feel free to ask me or for help from other editors. Once you are done, ping me. Keep contributing. Regards,-Nizil (talk) 14:28, 6 June 2018 (UTC)
  • Hi Nizil, thanks for your comments! I reorganized the article into two sections, History and Controversy. Provided online urls. Removed notable visitors completely, and added categories. I have also requested copy-edit at goce. Gian ❯❯ Talk 01:45, 7 June 2018 (UTC)
@Gbohoadgwwian:, thank you for reorganising the article. The article needs some more work. Both sections should have the information in chronological order (what happen first followed by what happened next). Controversy section has repeated information with little clarity. Always add full names followed by abbreviation in brackets when they are not obvious to the international readers. You should add infobox Template:Infobox monument (not necessary) or at least coordinates of the place. The article should focus on the memorial and should serve the international audience. It is unclear where Nagpur is as well as what RSS is. Controversy section should be smaller (currently 50% of article). And Lead should be summary of the article. We do not predict that training camp will happen here in 2018 because WP:CRYSTAL, remove it. I found that references have some additional information which can be added in the article. Ping me once you have done this. I know that you may feel that you are rewriting the article but remember that we should post good work on the front page of Wikipedia under DYK. So keep it up. Regards,-Nizil (talk) 14:32, 8 June 2018 (UTC)
You are right, I will work on those aspects. The 2018 camp already concluded, the reference in article says it is happening there (at the time of the publication of the article), so it is not crystal gazing. Gian ❯❯ Talk 15:00, 8 June 2018 (UTC)
If the event has already happened, update it with new reference. Thank you for your patience. -Nizil (talk) 04:29, 9 June 2018 (UTC)
@Gbohoadgwwian:, just a friendly reminder to work on the article. :) -Nizil (talk) 12:50, 13 June 2018 (UTC)
Added reference for 2018. Gave context to RSS and Nagpur. Put information in chronological order. Removed repeated lines in controversy section. Added full names at first occurrence with abbreviation in brackets. Sumarized body in lede. Accordingly updated the hook also. Gian ❯❯ Talk 13:37, 13 June 2018 (UTC)
Thank you for working on my suggestions. As I know that you are new to DYK, I have done some improvements (added coord, image, some copyedits) in the article. Article is new, long enough, neutral and hook is OK (with minor tweak by me) and cited. QPQ not needed. Now article looks good to go. Keep contributing.
