Huli-huli chicken
[edit]- ... that huli-huli chicken is turned on a spit, and named from the Hawaiian word huli, meaning turn? Source: Cook's Country
- ALT1:... that huli-huli chicken has been sold at fundraisers all around Hawaii for years? Source: Wired

- Article is long and new enough (moved from draft to mainspace), and written nicely (also went through some minor copyediting). Hook fact is ... somewhat interesting, but I doubt there are many more interesting facts that one can come up with chicken. Hook source has been checked, should be good to go.
