- This is a great article with lots of refs and well crafted and written. But, the hook is not directly supported by an external citation - it's just a note. I suspect this can be easily fixed, I'm sure someone's mentioned this somewhere. But in the meantime this hook needs to be cited and/or changed. Maury Markowitz (talk) 18:44, 6 June 2013 (UTC)
