John Ojo

[edit]

Created by BU Rob13 (talk). Self-nominated at 00:31, 11 July 2015 (UTC).

  • @BU Rob13: Article is new enough (july 11 creation), long enough and appears compliant with core policies (neutrality, inline citation format, absence of copyvio) based on spot checking. However, I have two issues with the hook. First, the hook would read better IMO if "Canadian football" were deleted at the start, as that fact is repeated later in the hook's assertion that he plays in the "Canadian Football League". Second, DYK eligibility criteria 3 states: " The fact(s) mentioned in the hook must be cited in the article." Here, the assertion in the hook that the interception returned occurred in Ojo's "second game" does not appear in the article. Once these issues are resolved, ping me and I'll have another look. • @Cbl62: I've proposed an ALT 1. Note that I removed the second reference to Canadian football, not the first, as it flows better given the new wording. Also, as this is being looked at out-of-order from my other noms, I'm exempt from QPQ and will save my listed review for later use if that's fine. I'll adjust my other nominations accordingly as they come up. ~ RobTalk 22:55, 11 July 2015 (UTC)
  • Re-adding QPQ, as I now have five credits. @Cbl62: This should be ready for a second look. ~ RobTalk 15:27, 27 July 2015 (UTC)
  • This is now good to go. Cbl62 (talk) 16:18, 27 July 2015 (UTC)
