• This article is new enough and long enough. The hook facts are supported by inline citations, the article is neutral and I detected no copyright issues. I must agree with Bcp67 that your QPQ review was not very good. The expansion of Women's shelter, for example, was nowhere near x5, yet you approved it. Please could you do another QPQ review, - there is a large backlog to choose from. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 10:57, 15 May 2016 (UTC)
