  • I have reviewed this article and I believe it meets all the criteria and is ready for DYK. The only problem I found was that the sfn links in the citations did not link to the full bibliographic entries at the end of the article, but I have now corrected this error and formatted the bibliography so that the links will work. I am accepting information from offline sources in good faith. The nominator has already fulfilled QPQ, so there are no issues there.
