  • Article long enough. Hook short enough. Creation date confirmed. Well referenced enough. Randomly googled a few sentences here and there and found no copyvio or plagiarism concerns. Looks good to go. --PFHLai (talk) 12:01, 8 July 2012 (UTC)
  • I fixed the grammar in the hook. Yoninah (talk) 20:43, 8 July 2012 (UTC)
  • I've changed some of it back. "is giving" rather than "will give" because it's taking place now, not in the future. And the record is the reserves built up from 7 consecutive years of budget surplus, not any particular year of surplus. KTC (talk) 23:23, 8 July 2012 (UTC)
