Si Prat
[edit]- ... that the 17th-century Thai poet Si Prat allegedly predicted that the man who ordered his death would be executed with the same sword?

- This article is new enough and long enough. The hook facts are interesting and cited inline, the article is neutral and I detected no copyright issues. QPQ has been done. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 06:37, 26 May 2018 (UTC)
- Hi, I came to promote this, but I think "executor" is incorrectly used here. If it was the person who actually killed him, it would be "executioner". If it was the person who called for his execution, it would be "the person who sentenced him to die", or some other phrasing. Thanks, Yoninah (talk) 22:50, 26 May 2018 (UTC)
- Oops soz fixed Kingoflettuce (talk) 02:14, 27 May 2018 (UTC)
- Executioner isn't correct; I've modified the original hook to use "the man who ordered his death", but it's now quite wordy. Alternatively, since the article now describes it as a curse, I'd also suggest the following (Cwmhiraeth, could you please check?): --Paul_012 (talk) 07:59, 27 May 2018 (UTC)
- ALT1: ... that the 17th-century Thai poet Si Prat allegedly cursed the governor who ordered his death to die by the same sword?
- Replacing the tick for the original hook as amended because I think it reads better. I have added Paul 012 to the credits. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 08:38, 27 May 2018 (UTC)
- Thanks Cwm, you beat me to that Kingoflettuce (talk) 09:22, 27 May 2018 (UTC)
