- Comment: Expanded by about 10x. Article was formerly at the title Lane Redwood Flat, California before research determined that the current title was the better article name.

- Recent 10x expansion verified. QPQ done. Earwig found no copying. The article looks adequately sourced. It should probably include the {{Protected areas of California}} navbox, say something about the redwoods being old-growth (assuming they are), and mention access from 101, but those are not issues for DYK. I like the main hook better than ALT1 (although it is still not exciting) and ALT1 is a little misleading as Stout's offer was apparently not intended to cover the full price of the plot.
