This article qualifies under the fivefold expansion criterion. It is new enough and long enough and the image is appropriately licensed. The problem is with the hook - The article mentions her age as eight when she took up speed skating and that she persuaded her parents to move to Wisconsin, but the source says that she persuaded them to move when she was nine.
