The Gypsy Madonna
[edit]- ... that the landscape in Titian's Gypsy Madonna (pictured) virtually repeats part of that in the Dresden Venus? Source: nothing online I think.
5x expanded by Johnbod (talk). Self-nominated at 02:25, 10 September 2017 (UTC).
- supposing the source is the Hale's book. Article was expanded, image is of course Public Domain. Hook is catching. Article: my taste would be to put the image "The Detroit Madonna by Giovanni Bellini" in another poisition, it's sort of overwhelmed like this under the infobox. QPQ is needed. Elisa.rolle (talk) 13:45, 10 September 2017 (UTC)
- QPQ done. Johnbod (talk) 15:40, 14 September 2017 (UTC)
- An AGF tick should never be given while a QPQ is still outstanding, because a tick means the nomination is ready for promotion and this wasn't. The QPQ still needs to be checked for completeness, and the review still needs to do the policy checks: neutrality, copyvio/close paraphrase, and general sourcing. - @Johnbod: Finishing the review. QPQ is done, article is neutral and sourced (inline hook citation accepted in good faith). Earwig detects nothing. Some further expansion beyond the lead would be nice, but that's not a DYK issue. --Usernameunique (talk) 14:45, 24 September 2017 (UTC)
