The Riddle of the Sphinx (Inside No. 9)[edit]

Moved to mainspace by J Milburn (talk). Self-nominated at 21:28, 29 April 2017 (UTC).

  • User needs to provide a Quid Pro Quo and a source to support the fact. All other areas of the fact seem fine, although it would be good to provide an alternative fact as well. ISD (talk) 17:46, 7 May 2017 (UTC)
@ISD: Thanks. I've reviewed/am reviewing Template:Did you know nominations/The Darkest Minds (film). The hook can be verified here, and that is cited in the relevant place in the article. I have a few other hook ideas, but I fear they may be lost on many readers (the NHS reference, for example, will probably only make sense to Brits). Was there a particular element of the article you thought might make for a good hook? Josh Milburn (talk) 21:20, 7 May 2017 (UTC)
@J Milburn: Source is good. QPQ also fine. In terms of alternative hook, maybe something about the possible influences on the episode. You mention references to Sleuth, Titus Andronicus, Theatre of Blood and Chekhov. ISD (talk) 10:16, 8 May 2017 (UTC)
@ISD: Sure. I think I prefer the crossword hook, as Shaffer isn't really a household name, but something like the following may work. Josh Milburn (talk) 22:20, 10 May 2017 (UTC)
  • @Yoninah: OK, here's a full review.
1. New: Article moved to mainspace.
2. Long enough: Clearly long enough.
3. Cited hook: Seen the sources myself and know both hooks are sited.
4. Within policy: Fair use rational applied correctly to images that require them. One image is free use.
5. QPQ: Currently carrying out one.

Given everying, I'd say that this article is now good to go. ISD (talk) 08:27, 11 May 2017 (UTC)

@ISD: Did you check for close paraphrasing? Yoninah (talk) 08:38, 11 May 2017 (UTC)
@Yoninah: Seems fine to me when it comes to this. ISD (talk) 09:13, 11 May 2017 (UTC)
@ISD: Thanks. Yoninah (talk) 10:51, 11 May 2017 (UTC)
This busybodying is precisely why DYK is dying. Josh Milburn (talk) 12:09, 11 May 2017 (UTC)
