Thomas Polk
[edit]- ... that planter Thomas Polk was elected by the North Carolina General Assembly to the Congress of the Confederation, but did not attend any of its sessions?

- Comment I don't think I can pass this one, since I'm the article's creator, but I approve of it! Thanks Llama, for the help! Cdtew (talk) 13:47, 31 January 2013 (UTC)
- Well cited, new article, definitely long enough. Hook length fine. Cite at end of the paragraph does cover the statement. Was able to check all but the Johnson cite, but since that doesn't apply to the DYK? statement, I don't think that matters here. Doesn't appear to be any real close paraphrasing. Looks good to me. Thank you for your work. -- JoannaSerah (talk) 21:42, 6 February 2013 (UTC)
