Valerie Morales
[edit]... that Valerie's debut album did not include "tiraeras or beef between two or more artists, associated with the Reggaeton genre"?

- DYK hooks are supposed to be interesting: I found this one impenetrable. It requires people to understand details about the Reggaeton genre. It also isn't quite the exact quote from the source or article. I'd like to suggest a hook that's based on FN3's phrase "full of Reggaeton ballads with lyrics women can relate to", though the lyrics section's information isn't currently in the article. Of course, the article would need to be adjusted to include the specific information in the hook and cite it inline; here's an ALT1, though you're free to suggest something else if you'd prefer:
- Note that "clean lyrics" comes from third-to-last paragraph in FN3; the phrase I noted above comes from the final paragraph of that source. If you like the hook, the article will need to be added to as noted above, and someone else will have to review ALT1. BlueMoonset (talk) 02:50, 22 September 2013 (UTC)
- New reviewer needed to check ALT1, and also to do a complete review, given the problems with the initial one. (Please mention what you checked!) Thanks. BlueMoonset (talk) 15:55, 23 September 2013 (UTC)
- Some overquotation in the article. Quotes should be pertinent and necessary – simple statements of fact like "Morales saw a need for actors and extras..." can easily be restated in original wording. To be clear, I'm suggesting that the first two sentences of the Career section and the "ended up singing lyrics..." bit should be rephrased. The quote "Look, we need you to do a chorus" would be alright, but it doesn't appear in the source; the source actually quotes Morales as saying "he was like 'Mira, we need you to do a chorus'", which shouldn't be taken as a verbatim account of what Eddie said – probably best to rephrase that without the quote. Finally, "locales" doesn't need quote marks, it's a common enough word. DoctorKubla (talk) 08:40, 2 October 2013 (UTC)
- I'm sorry for the long wait. I believe I have addressed your issues. See anything else? — DivaKnockouts 01:02, 15 October 2013 (UTC)
- No, I think we're good to go. Article is new enough, long enough, and well-sourced. No copyvio problems. Hook (ALT1) is accurate and interesting. QPQ has been done. DoctorKubla (talk) 06:37, 15 October 2013 (UTC)
