Valley West Mall (Arizona)
- ... that the failed Manistee Town Center shopping mall in Glendale, Arizona, housed a soundstage for and appeared in exterior shots in the 2002 film Eight Legged Freaks? Source: [1] (note: refers to film by its working title "Arac Attack")
- ALT1:... that a charter school held classes in a former video arcade at the Manistee Town Center shopping mall in Glendale, Arizona? Source: [2]

- Comment: Request August 30 to mark the mall's opening date in 1973

- This article is new enough and long enough. The hook facts are cited inline and either hook could be used, the article is neutral and I detected no copyright issues. A QPQ has been done. An interesting article on the rise and fall of a mall, but I was amazed to find no mention of its transmitter, broadcasting frequencies or call signs! Request is for August 30. - @Cwmhiraeth: Well, aside from the Hospital El Salvador AfD rescue, this would be my first non-broadcasting DYK since Central Iowa Regional Association of Local Governments in mid-February! (And I only wrote it because it was a redlink from my GA KUCB-FM (Iowa)). Raymie (t • c) 16:51, 12 August 2020 (UTC)
- Hi, I came by to promote ALT0, but I'm wondering if the wording could be a little smoother, like:
- ALT0a: ... that the failed Manistee Town Center shopping mall in Glendale, Arizona, appeared in the 2002 film Eight Legged Freaks, with one of its anchor stores serving as a sound stage? Yoninah (talk) 18:49, 20 August 2020 (UTC)
