Tilak Nagar (Hindi: तिलक नगर, Marathi: तिळक नगर, Punjabi: ਤਿਲਕ ਨਗਰ, Urdu: تِلک نگر), Named after freedom fighter Bal Gangadhar Tilak; is a suburban area in West Delhi, India. It is approximately twenty kilometres from the New Delhi Railway Station and seventeen kilometres from the Indira Gandhi International Airport. Tilak Nagar is connected by the Delhi Metro to Connaught Place, Vaishali (Delhi Metro) and Noida making it easy for commuters to reach. It is quite popular for its market, offering a wide variety of products such as clothing and consumer durables. Most famous for Punjabi marriage rituals items (like Chura, Lawan Suit, Pagri, kangna, and currency garland etc.) The area has parking problem as its very congested and over populated. Most of the resident's occupation is business. It has very impressive timber and hardware shops. Near Tilak Nagar metro station you can enjoy tasty veg and non veg street food. There are many education institutes in its vicinity. There is a huge and famous furniture market on Jail Road. The jail road connects it to Dhaula Kuan and other parts of south Delhi, Outer ring road connects it to Paschim Vihar, Pitampura, Rohini, NH8 and to Wazirabad.

Tilak Nagar Vidhan Sabha Constituency elections of 2013 saw shocking results as for entire Delhi. From here Jarnail Singh, a candidate from Aam Aadmi Party after defeating BJP candidate and this was a BJP fortress for decades.

Tilak Nagar's population largely consists of Pindi and Pishori Sikhs (Sikhs who migrated to India from cities of Rawalpindi and Peshawar (now in Pakistan) during the Partition and Punjabi Hindus, many of whom also migrated from modern-day Pakistan. Areas such as Vishnu Garden, Chand Nagar, Chowkhandi, Ashok Nagar (Delhi), Fateh Nagar, Shiv Nagar, Virender Nagar, Shahpura, Sant Nagar, Ganesh Nagar, Krishna puri and Mukherji Park make up the constituency. Its landmark is a Gurdwara, which is in the 20th block of Tilak Nagar. It also has an Industrial Area near Khayalla.

The area supports two hospitals among multiple medical facilities and pharmacies. It has three cinema halls in its vicinity namely PVR sonia and Pacific Mall and Satyam Janak palace. Nearby shopping hubs are Rajouri Garden, Pacific Mall Subhash Nagar, Janakpuri District Center, Uttam Nagar, Vikaspuri pvr complex and Jwala Heri market near Paschim Vihar.
