Fastbase is a web data analytics company[3] that offers tools to support business-to-business marketing and sales. Fastbase was founded in 2014 by marketing and tech entrepreneur Rasmus Refer. The company's products and services provide tools for lead generation, inbound marketing, web analytics, marketing automation, advertising and sales management.
History
[edit]Fastbase was founded in Wilmington, Delaware in January 2015 with Head Office in New York. In June 2016 Fastbase launched WebLeads, an add-on to Google Analytics, that identifies companies that visit websites by using the data gathered by Google Analytics and by Fastbase[4]. Due to a recognizable user interface and easy-to-navigate dashboard, Fastbase, Inc. quickly became a popular software add-on for Google Analytics users. In its first year, more than 500,000 websites from 138 countries signed up to use the software. In 2018, Fastbase launched InMarket Leads, a tool that shows which companies are searching for certain relevant business keywords and shows the location of that company and the key contact details.
Fastbase, Inc. is listed on the OTC exchange in New York under the symbol FBSE. In August 2019 the Maxim Group LLC was engaged to provide general financial advisory and investment banking services[5]. In September 2019 Fastbase Inc. received the call sign FBSE and in November 2019 Fastbase Inc was quoted on the OTCBB with the reverse merger with Guinness Exploration being finalized in March 2020.
In March 2020, Kevin Rodgers, a former Google executive was named CEO of Fastbase replacing founder Rasmus Refer. In August 2020, Fastbase acquired LeadScoreApp, a Danish tech company focused on scoring leads and email automation founded by Brian Kristiansen[6]. Every month Fastbase analyzes over 6 billion website visitors from over 200 million companies and top brands around the world. Fastbase, Inc. is the fastest-growing web analytics software in the business-to-business industry[7].
