Bailey Wayne Potts (born June 9, 2005), known professionally as Baivéy V., or simply Baivéy, is an
English singer, songwriter, and record producer. He gained recognition in the early 2020's with his
debut album, King Of The Moon (2024).

Bailey Potts was born on June 9, 2005, at Luton and Dunstable University Hospital in Dunstable, Bedfordshire. He was the first child of English parents Wayne Potts and Toni Rowlands, who later had a further two children together, Isobel Rose Potts (born April 29, 2010), and Jude William Leslie Potts (born January 13, 2015), until separating in early 2021. He spent his early childhood in the Bedfordshire county town of Bedford with both of his parents and his other two siblings. He attended Goldington Green Academy (Primary School) and Castle Newnham (High School) whilst living in Bedford.
At age 12, in October 2017, Bailey and his parents and siblings moved to Chester, Cheshire - his mothers hometown - in the north-western suburb of Blacon, where he attended Blacon High School, a sports academy specialist school, until graduating from high school in May 2021, aged 16. He's stated that he achieved an A* in performing arts studies, although achieving moderate grades in music studies and other subjects.
At age 16, in August 2021, Bailey made the decision to move out of his Chester home and move back to his home county of Bedfordshire with his grandparents to study at college closer to London. He attended three colleges whilst living with his grandparents, Oaklands College in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire studying a diploma in Music Performance and Production, Westminster Kingsway College in Kings Cross, London studying a diploma in Business and Marketing, and Oaklands College (St. Albans Campus) in St. Albans, Hertfordshire further studying towards his Business and Marketing diploma. He achieved a diploma in both Music and Business & Marketing and left the education system at 18.
Bailey has stated that living with his grandparents was a ''fundamental part'' of becoming the music artist he is today, stating that attending music classes and living so nearby to London was a ''blessing'' and had opened many opportunities for the young singer. He mentions that he would visit the city ''as often as possible, any time, night or day'', as London-bound trains would run 24 hours from his local rail station. He states that he would visit the East London district of Canary Wharf ''at night, all alone with the bright lights and my music'', and it inspired him to become dedicated to photography and gained him a new interest in urban architecture, like art deco, and the modern art and ''visual beauty behind it''. Bailey said ''the district (Canary Wharf) is practically the ''Wall Street of London'', it's the home to money, success, and ''shininess'', it's grey and cold, and at 16 I would walk around in a black suit and tie like I belonged there, with my laptop and pen and paper, inspired by the success in the air, and it would make me so inspired to be great and do great, and that's when I took a deep interest in my life, and began working even harder on my dreams - my music. You know, you're visual surroundings matter in art''. Bailey says he developed a love for art galleries, especially the infamous museum of modern art, Tate Modern, known as the most visited modern art gallery in the world, where he would find himself taking notes for the visuals of his upcoming projects whilst visiting, he says ''I wanted to be an ''arty'' artist, I always have, I want to be visual in my work and be known for it, not just a voice behind an audio wave. And yeah, it all began with visiting Tate Modern in London one night''. He also said that being in London changed the way he presents himself as an artist, including his fashion, connections, knowledge, manner of speaking, and love for live performances. Bailey attended London Fashion Week for the first time in February 2022, aged 16, as a invited attendee by his friends in the London fashion industry, with Bailey saying it changed the way the creative industries seemed to him, and gave him his first glimpse into the world of criticism and fame.

2022 - 2023: Creation Of Baivéy V.
In August 2022, Baivéy began working on a new music project, his first under his new pseudonym Baivéy V./Baivéy. Bailey described the creation of the pseudonym, stating quote ''at the time of creating demos for my new record, I was very involved in my new business studies in London, and I created a fictitious business named under ''Véyvouxii'', a business centred around luxury fashion in London and New York, and I took it upon myself to name myself after my business, you know, for inspiration, and I happened to land on ''Baivéy'', with a ''V.'' at the end. Ever since I've used it to introduce myself during social networking for my music, you know, never as Mr. V. or anything, just Baivéy V., and it became a statement of who I was''.
The BAIVEY: In The Making Tour is the first headlining promotional tour by English singer-songwriter BAIVEY, in support of his debut album, KING OF FIRE (2024). SUITE/V., BAIVEY's management, announced the first 42-date United Kingdom-Ireland leg of the tour on September 30, 2023, on BAIVEY's social media network. On October 5, 2023, SUITE/V. announced 10 additional dates in 5 to-be previously performed-in cities towards the end of the tour ([1][2][3][4][5]). The tour began on November 3, 2023, in Manchester, England and ended on December 22, 2023, in London, England after performing 52 shows across 5 countries and 29 cities/towns across Great Britain and Ireland.
The tour consisted of BAIVEY performing in small venues and bars to gain a following and popularity throughout the two nations, hence it announced and referred to as a ''promotional'' or ''marketing'' tour.
BAIVEY described the tour as a ''huge step in the creation of my artistry and connecting with a live audience''. He also explained how he would travel to each location via public transportation, including overnight long-distance buses, rail, ferry's, and flights. He said while vlogging the tour that staying at hotels was a ''luxury'' and a ''rare occasion'' whilst touring, stating he only stayed at them at times when public transport was not an option, or when he was at cities within ''extreme distances'' from his family in Bedfordshire and Cheshire, like during Irish and Scottish dates.
