Liet International 2010 was the 7th edition of Liet International, organised by Stichting Liet and the Council of Europe. The contest took place in 2010, and was held in Lorient, France. This marked the first time the contest was held outside of Sweden or Netherlands. Eleven regions participated in the contest for the fourth time in a row.

Faroe Islands' ORKA were the winners of the jury award and, hence, the contest with the song "Rúmdardrongurin". Friuli's R.esistence in Dub [fur] won the audience-voted public award with the song "Fieste", and placed fourth overall. Completing the top five was Asturias, Friesland, and Scotland in second, third, and fifth place, respectively.
