Seiwa Co. LTD is a company in Hong Kong established in 1984 that designs and sells marine equipments, chartplotters, fishfinders, radars and autopilots for leasure and light commercial markets. The brand SEIWA is present continuously since the beginning in marine marketplace and it is linked with legacy products as Seawave, Explorer, Plorad, Nav Plot, Oyster, Mako and Kingfish chartplotters.
Seiwa develops by its own both hardware (mechanics and mainboards) and navigation software, and even if the production is not large, it covers some special market niches as the small professional boats.
Seiwa has a large international distribution network, with professional references in over 25 countries around the world, including US, UK, Russia, Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Norway, Finland and Italy and an online wholesale for direct deal with single marine resellers and boatyards.
Currently Seiwa has two main offices: one is the legacy office in Hong Kong and the second in the European office located in Italy; this second office has the responsibility for the entire Europe, Middle East, South and Central Africa and Russia.
In US, Seiwa deals through its sister company SI-TEX Marine Electronics.
