So, as I was saying (again)...[edit]

Yes, this is the talk page for MXocrossIIB. With any luck, maybe this time I won't lose the password for this account like I did for my previous iteration, User:MXocrossII, locking myself out. No, this is not a sockpuppet account, although I realise there are some overzealous Wikipaedia editors out there who will probably convince themselves that it is. Consider it the result of bad record-keeping on my part. (That's my story and I'm staying with it. Don't like it? Tough.)

So let's see... where was I? MXocrossIIB (So, you were saying?); 23:30, 20 April 2014 (UTC)

Boxes 'n' crap[edit]

This user really couldn't give a shit if people want to refer to Wikipedia as "Wiki". It's your choice.
This user is fed up with editors who take Wiki seriously. Dude, get over it. It's just zeroes and ones.
This userbox is really hard to read!!!

Yup.

Things are not always what they seem to be[edit]

I sometimes edit from IP addresses because I'm lazy. Big deal, people do it all the time.[citation needed] So sue me. MXocrossIIB (So, you were saying?); 21:32, 5 February 2015 (UTC)

Welcome![edit]

Some cookies to welcome you!

Welcome to Wikipedia, MXocrossIIB! Thank you for your contributions. I am Davey2010 and I have been editing Wikipedia for some time, so if you have any questions feel free to leave me a message on my talk page. You can also check out Wikipedia:Questions or type {{help me}} at the bottom of this page. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

Also, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name using four tildes (~~~~); that will automatically produce your username and the date. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! -→Davey2010→→Talk to me!→ 20:51, 20 April 2014 (UTC)

Oh, a bot message. How nice. Never gotten one of those before. By the way, I'm diabetic and I'm allergic to chocolate. But thanks all the same.

Except I'm not a bot .... Well atleast I don't think I am...., Well have a strawberry. -→Davey2010→→Talk to me!→ 02:54, 26 April 2014 (UTC)
Mmm, thanks. Strawberries, I can handle. Provided they're not those pale, flavourless things from California that are everywhere this time of year (bleccht.) At least it's good to know that, even though it is indeed a form letter, there's still real human blood to back it. MXocrossIIB (So, you were saying?); 03:27, 26 April 2014 (UTC)

Then there's this thing:

MXocrossIIB, you are invited to the Teahouse[edit]

Seriously, though; are there even any other human beings on Wiki any more or is it just one big botfest? If this were my E-mail file, these would be considered automated SPAM and would be sent to /dev/null. Just saying.

Unlike the first, I'm willing to bet there's absolutely no human flesh 'N' blood backing that at all. 0% chance.

Saying of automated messages, did you ever notice how you never hear the phrase "this is a recording" on telephone intercept messages any more?1 It never really occurred to me (and I'm old enough to remember when the practise was commonplace) until I started listening to the Evan Doorbell tapes. Is this a warning sign of some sort; that we (meaning human society, not a violation of WP:YOU) have become so accustomed to hearing machines on the other end of the line, rather than other living, breathing human bodies, that there's just no use for it any longer? Something to think about. MXocrossIIB (So, you were saying?); 07:19, 1 June 2014 (UTC)

1 Actually, that's not entirely accurate -- try +1 281 464-1499. (2014 September 23)
