The House Liberty Caucus is Congressional Member Organization in the United States House of Representatives chaired by Congressman Justin Amash. It hosts monthly lunch meetings in Washington, D.C.[1] The group, according to its Facebook page, is "dedicated to the principles of limited government, economic freedom and individual liberty."[2] Membership reportedly includes both Republicans and Democrats.[3]

The caucus was founded in 2011 during the 112th Congress. It was re-registered as an official organization in the 113th Congress.[4]

Amash established and chaired a similar caucus during his time in the Michigan Legislature.[5]
