Professor Shekhar Vedulla[edit]
Professor Shekhar was born in Hyderabad on 11th August, 1959. He is serving the University College of Commerce and Business Management (UCCBM) as Principal from 2011. In 2011, he was decorated with Best Teacher Award]] by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
Education: He obtained M.Com, MBA and PhD Degrees from Prestigious Osmania University
Positions Held: He joined Osmania University as Asst. Professor (24.09.1985), promoted as Associate Professor (13.01.1992) and then as Professor on 13th January, 2000. He is the Senior Professor in Osmania University. He has served the University as Dean, Head - Department of Business Administration, Chairman - Board of Studies.
He is associated with Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok as Visiting Professor for two terms (January 2006 & January 2011).
Contributions: He has been to Netherlands, United States of America, (Visited USA - 1996, October 2008; May, 2010) Luxembourg, Belgium, Germany, Thailand (2 times), Australia, United Kingdom & Egypt. Professor Shekhar Vedulla is an Editorial Advisor for Indian Journal of Marketing, Indian Economic Panorama, Indian Journal of Finance and Prabhandan -Indian Journal of Management. Professor Shekhar was awarded "BEST TEACHER" by Government of Andhra Pradesh (for the year 2011).
