At the first round of the season in Spain, Simon Perigny in the Alpine missed the round. He was replaced by Primož Miklavčič.
In Bahrain, Joseph Loake in the Alfa Romeo missed the race. He was replaced by Xander van Dijken.
At the Dutch round, Joseph Loake in the Alfa Romeo missed the race for the second race in a row. He wasn't replaced by anyone, and Alfa Romeo ran 1 car for the round. Simon Perigny in the Alpine also missed the race. He was replaced by McLaren Shadow development driver Harvey Cowan.
At the Canadian round, Kristoff Szelle in the Alpine missed the race. He was replaced by Jed Norgrove.
After the Canadian round, Simon Perigny vacated his seat. He was replaced by Xander van Dijken, who was being promoted from a reserve drive. Van Dijken most recently competed as a reserve driver for Alfa Romeo in Bahrain when Joseph Loake missed the round.
In Monaco, four drivers missed the race; Bence Szabó-Kónyi in the Mercedes, both Williams of Jordin Poland and Jeffrey Richie, and newly promoted driver for Alpine Xander van Dijken. WOR PC T2 title contender Boualem Ferah filled in the Mercedes seat, Harvey Cowan was invited back to replace Jordin Poland after a successful Dutch round in which he replaced Simon Perigny and finished fourth, Primož Miklavčič was invited back to replace Jeffrey Richie after finishing fourth in the Spanish round, and Xander can Dijken's seat was filled in by Kedon Lutt, a former F1 Esports Challengers champion.
After the week break at Britain, there were once again many reserve driver appearances. Dylan Warren made his PSGL return by replacing Kristoff Szelle in the Alpine, and Harvey Cowan made his third reserve appearance of the season by replacing Carter Lundy in the McLaren. Drake Dempsey and Joseph Loake both missed the British round and were replaced by Primož Miklavčič and Kedon Lutt. Tycho Hardy made his PSGL PC debut replacing Max Wissel in the Aston Martin.
