I agree with every single wikipedia policy and am a delusionism. I follow all all policies and guidelines I'm aware of and if at any point I don't, dont hesitate to tell me. I treat wikipedia as work, and try to withdraw as best I can from slang and internet forum-type conversations. I don't take anything personal here and try to withdraw or not escalate any disputes. I believe I have good listening and reasoning skills and would not mind being a mediator in a situation.
I agree with Wikipedia:Stable versions for featured articles. I think there should be an approved (no-edits) page and editable page for every featured article. Speaking of featured articles, I think most wikipedians focus should now be turning on "One featured article per quarter" and agree with the new wikipedia aim of 100K.
Regarding article deletion/inclusion, I definitely agree with What Wikipedia is not and notability policies. I'm not too happy about the mass creation of fictional articles; minor characters, episodes, fictional places, etc. Of course I would never go on a mass deletion frenzy of such unless a brand new policy came up.
