Your edit to Mormonism[edit]

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. As a member of the Wikipedia community, I would like to remind you of Wikipedia's neutral-point-of-view policy for editors, which you appear to have violated at Mormonism. In the meantime, please be bold and continue contributing to Wikipedia. Thank you!

  • The perception that an aspect of a religion is wrong is best left to a WP:NPOV presentation not necessarily in the main portion of an article. - CobaltBlueTony 18:50, 19 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add commentary and your personal analysis of an article into Wikipedia articles, as you did to Mormonism. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. - CobaltBlueTony 19:12, 19 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I apologize for reverting your legitimate edit. I restored it, with a notation to address it with some kind of citation. If you can find the information you were hoping to glean from that one link from another more reputable source (e.g.: academic, well-sourced), it may help. Otherwise, the details may best be expounded upon in the "Criticism of Mormonism" main article. Thanks again for your contributions! - CobaltBlueTony 19:17, 19 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Please pay attention to the edit summaries of the article Mormonism to understand why your edit was not accepted by other editors. It is a valid point, and you should do the courtesy of acknowledging other editors' opinions. Thank you. - CobaltBlueTony 21:06, 20 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Please refrain from undoing other people's edits repeatedly. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia under the three-revert rule, which states that nobody may revert a single page more than three times in 24 hours. (Note: this also means editing the page to reinsert an old edit. If the effect of your actions is to revert back, it qualifies as a revert.) Thank you. Last warning — please stop reinserting the same content at Mormonism, as it is a violation of WP:3RR. Ample explanations have been given as to why it is not acceptable. Reinserting the material again without discussion and consensus will result in a block. Tijuana Brass¡Épa! 22:05, 20 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
