Hello[edit]
Getting an article tagged for deletion can be frustrating. But I saw your article Waqar Yousuf Azeemi in the state you submitted it is very promotional and does not have reliable independent sources to show the significance of the person. Also it appears they could be a WP:COI with the subject, note that that is equally not allowed on Wikipedia. If you wish to write articles that will survive read WP:GNG.
