Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Oromo language. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Repeated vandalism may result in the loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Vif12vf/Tiberius (talk) 23:10, 25 September 2020 (UTC)

Let me weigh in here. It appears that you are new to Wikipedia, and therefore it is necessary that you acquaint yourself with some of the rules that govern this place. You will have noticed that some of your edits got quickly reverted, one recently by myself. This is not because we don't like you or don't have respect for your contribution, but because these edits did not comply with the regulations that are expected to be followed by all editors. Notably, all substantial changes to content need to be accompanied by the provision of a reliable source that supports this change. As you have not provided such a source, your edits had to be reverted. It also doesn't help if you just reinsert that information a few hours later without comment. Almost all pages on Wikipedia are watched by experienced editors, and your contributions will be dealt with in the same way until they comply with the rules. If you persistently reinsert your information, then this will be seen as edit-warring or unconstructive editing, and may lead to sanctions such as temporary or even permanent blocks. Such blocks are more readily spelled out to editors who have not registered with a user name, so my recommendation to you would be to get yourself such an account, if you intend to do more editing on Wikipedia. For now, best wishes, Landroving Linguist (talk) 15:24, 27 September 2020 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm Tbhotch. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Eritrea, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. (CC) Tbhotch™ 21:52, 1 October 2020 (UTC)

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Regarding your edits to Battle of Mekelle, please use the preview button before you save your edit; this helps you find any errors you have made and prevents clogging up recent changes and the page history, as well as helping prevent edit conflicts. Below the edit box is a Show preview button. Pressing this will show you what the article will look like without actually saving it.
It is strongly recommended that you use this before saving. If you have any questions, contact the help desk for assistance. Thank you. Jessicapierce (talk) 20:53, 4 October 2020 (UTC)

Please stop your disruptive editing.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant noticeboards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Oromo language, you may be blocked from editing. (CC) Tbhotch™ 19:51, 22 October 2020 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm Sportzpikachu. I noticed that you recently removed content from List of Governors of the Regions of Ethiopia without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. ―sportzpikachu my talkcontribs 01:35, 17 November 2020 (UTC)

This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
