May 2022[edit]

Hello, I'm Adakiko. I noticed that in this edit to Traditional Chinese medicine, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Adakiko (talk) 09:58, 8 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

For your edits in Osmanthus fragrans[edit]

Prior consensus has decided that Taiwan is to be referred to as a country. The RfC (Request for comment) page on which this decision was made can be found here. Please establish the consensus on Talk page:Taiwan if you dispute about the previous decision, otherwise any change to the application to refer to Taiwan as a state, island, province of China, or other definition would be reverted.

Leave your political debate on the proper site (Talk:Taiwan) if you continue to disagree the previous consensus. Not in the non-related topic as Osmanthus fragrans. LVTW2 (talk) 13:44, 26 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

This is not a political debate but rather a compliance to the WGSRPD. Even if there is ambiguity concerning Taiwan's political status, the edits done hitherto are based on geographical considerations. 116.15.116.218 (talk) 13:48, 26 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Based on wikipedia policy of NPOV, your edits apparently did not associate to purely "geographical consideration", and also you brought up the United Nations General Assembly Resolution 2758 to defend your approach, is that also a "geographical consideration"?
And for your information, the provisions of aforementioned UN resolution only decided the representation of Chinese seat in the UN, which does not mention any thing regarding Taiwan as part of China (in your sense as part of the People's Republic of China) from the UN decision. You may need to refresh your knowledge to review the topic again. LVTW2 (talk) 13:59, 26 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Kindly refer to "Later Developments" section of United Nations General Assembly Resolution 2758 where past UN general secretaries have affirmed that Resolution 2758 is acknowledging Taiwan to be part of China. There has been no mention from arguments that China is narrowly defined as the PRC.
On the other hand, you have failed to deliver any refutations to the WGSRPD argument that I have raised. Perhaps it would be prudent to practice what you preach by refreshing your knowledge, rather than going for red herrings. 116.15.116.218 (talk) 14:29, 26 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Please look at the map at Category:Flora of China which is strictly based on the WGSRPD. This is NOT anything to do with politics, just biogeography. As an example of how the WGSRPD works, the Galapagos islands are not included in Ecuador in the WGSRPD, although there's no dispute as to their political status. The island of Taiwan is biogeographically different, regardless of its political status. Peter coxhead (talk) 17:00, 27 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Again[edit]

Please do not force me to report you as vandalist, you will be permanently forbided from edits in Wikipedia if you keep disregarding my reminders. Do not attempt to test me, I believe you have been aware of the society rule from our previous discussion. LVTW2 (talk) 14:57, 16 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
