Hi, i'm the editor who removed the East Coast Plan information about Heng Swee Keat, as the East Coast plan is a constituency plan made by each candidate during the Singapore General Election 2020 such constituency plans aren't shared on wikipedia as they aren't an important issue in a minister's milestones, as for why this plan was included onto his page was because his accidental mistake in his speech which was just a minor issue was turned into a national joke online(Instagram) which led to intense cyber-mockery towards Heng Swee Keat, thus I would like to remove this paragraph out of his page.
