ermmm the the sigma `Self-esteem is something that is very fragile, we can build it up in ourselves and others with hard work and caring. However, it can easily be torn down and have lasting negative effects on a person.

For this essay, we will look at the ways that self-esteem can be built up or torn down by the experiences and relationships we have. The essay will also consider the lasting impact of these experiences and how we can recover from negative experiences in our lives. In doing this we will focus on the life of April Raintree and also make connections to the content offered through class and the real world as we assess the impacts on the character of April Raintree.
