Gender on Wikipedia

[edit]
Stop icon

There's really no reason to go through articles to change gender-neutral terms to largely-antiquated gendered ones like "authoress", "comedienne" and "vampiress". It's unnecessary and many see it as disruptive. Most people prefer the modern, gender-neutral terms, and that's what we tend to use here on Wikipedia unless another term has been used in a direct quote or has been specifically requested by someone in their bio. You've been warned repeatedly about this now so it's well past time to stop it. You are past your final warning. Do it again and you're blocked. - CorbieVreccan 23:45, 27 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
