Request reason:

The principal has just notified me that she sent an email to the site you sent me. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Decline reason:

already unblocked. Unless the email has your school's email address, it would not mean much. You can stop posting appeals now as I have unblocked you. -- Dlohcierekim (talk) 22:29, 13 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

My school does not use G suite and we do not have official email adresses, but I will get the principal to email you from her personal email,<<redacted>>

Accept reason:

Dubious, but here goes, the personal email will be unavailing. -- Dlohcierekim (talk) 22:09, 13 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Yes, I not only told my teacher this, but I emailed the head of school, also. Respectfully, it is likely that this teacher won't make anyone else do this assignment and now that I know I won't agree to vandalise Wikipedia even if someone in charge tells me to. I promise that I will not vandlise Wikipedia again. Even if i fail my class.

Accept reason:

My advice would be to ask either your teacher or the head of school to email Wikipedia's Online Ticket Request System at info-en@wikimedia.org, from an official school email address, to confirm that this is what happened. When we hear from the email team that your account has been confirmed and that no further such assignments will be handed out, I'm sure we can unblock this IP address. Request reason:

I use Wikipedia through school and my homework today was to get blocked on Wikipedia for Vandalism as part of a seminar on how Wikipedia works, the question today was "Can you just write anything on Wikipedia". So I will not be doing this again and need access to Wikipedia for school.

Decline reason:

Yeah no. A wise editor once said, and I quote, "Then your instructor is NOT going thru WikiEd, as such a breaching experiment would never have been kosher with it in the first place. I would also question the instructor's competence, since this verges on being totally unethical." SO go back to your instructor and tell them this is the unblock decline you received. You can even put my name in the footnote of the paper. There have been breaching experiments here before, and I always regarded them as unethical. Furthermore, t'is a pretty clear case of WP:NOTHERE as you are clearly here with an ulterior, dare I say "dastardly", motive. Nope, NOPE NOPE. -- Dlohcierekim (talk) 00:00, 13 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Maybe my instructor is not going through Wikipedia School, but he was teaching us how to use Wikipedia and just how easy it is to edit it. Even though my instructor was unethical, I still should have the right to use Wikipedia because I had no choice but to do this in order to pass my class.

Decline reason:

We don't care whether you vandalized Wikipedia because you received unethical instructions from your teacher or whether you did it for the lulz. We just care that you did, and that it needed to be stopped. You can tell your teacher they're to blame that you can no longer edit Wikipedia, if you prefer. tell ya what I'm gonna do.

[edit]

Your block will expire soon, but after my bed time. I will unblock you with the understanding that the next non constructive edit will result in you being blocked for longer than 31 hours. This still feels like a breaching experiment, but I'll bite. -- Dlohcierekim (talk) 22:06, 13 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
