Information icon Hello. Some of your recent genre changes, such as the one you made to The Best of Depeche Mode Volume 1, have conflicted with our neutral point of view and/or verifiability policies. While we invite all users to contribute constructively to Wikipedia, we urge all editors to provide reliable sources for edits made. When others disagree, we recommend you seek consensus for certain edits by discussing the matter on the article's talk page. Thank you. Leonidlednev (T, C, L) 18:22, 9 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please refrain from adding, removing or changing genres, as you did to Martyr (song), without providing a source or establishing a consensus on the article's talk page first. Genre changes to suit your own point of view are considered disruptive. Thank you. Leonidlednev (T, C, L) 18:22, 9 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at The Best of Depeche Mode Volume 1. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Do NOT add unsourced genres. See WP:GWAR for more information. JeffSpaceman (talk) 12:15, 18 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Warning icon Please stop. If you continue to add unsourced or poorly sourced content, as you did at Songs of Faith and Devotion, you may be blocked from editing. Binksternet (talk) 15:26, 18 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you change genres in pages without discussion or sources, as you did at Songs of Faith and Devotion Live. Binksternet (talk) 15:27, 18 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Playing the Angel. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Binksternet (talk) 15:28, 18 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Anonymous users from this IP address have been blocked temporarily from editing for persistently making disruptive edits.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Ad Orientem (talk) 22:19, 20 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
If this is a shared IP address and you are an uninvolved editor with a registered account, you may continue to edit by logging in.

Despite having been blocked as a result of your edits, you have come right back and are making more unreferenced edits; please stop this disruptive editing, or provide some sources for what you are changing, or you will likely find yourself blocked again. Happy days, ~ LindsayHello 11:23, 23 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Binksternet. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions have been undone because they did not appear constructive. Stop icon Do not use multiple IP addresses to disrupt Wikipedia, like you did at Little 15. Such attempts to avoid detection, circumvent policies or evade blocks or sanctions will not succeed. You are welcome to contribute constructively to Wikipedia, but your recent edits have been reverted or removed. If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. See Wikipedia:Long-term abuse/Date-changing vandal from Poland.
