Oh come off it someone's having a laugh. Further and Higher Education Act 1992 makes Polys Universities in 1992 and the Russell group sets up 2 years later. If that's a coincidence I'm Professor Unwin 79.79.212.209 (talk) 18:35, 28 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
