Speedy deletion of Add a page[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. A page you recently created, Add a page, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines for new pages, so it will shortly be removed (if it hasn't been already). Please use the sandbox for any tests. For more information about creating articles, you may want to read Your first article. You may also want to read our introduction page to learn more about contributing. Thank you. Cunard (talk) 18:54, 25 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Annie Rockfellow, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. To do this, affix the template {{hangon}} to the article and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. --Finngall talk 18:52, 22 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Tucson Architects[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Tucson Architects, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Do you want to opt out of receiving this notice? --Finngall talk 18:57, 22 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Why not instead make an article on "Architecture in Tucson" ? DGG (talk) 01:33, 25 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

9 Queens[edit]

Hello. I see you have cancelled the redirect page 9 Queens to fill it with content about a non-profit organization. Please note that the organization does not assert notability per WP:ORG. Therefore, I reverted all your edits. Thank you, Victor Lopes (talk) 17:45, 27 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Being founded by somebody notable does not assert the notability of the subject. The subject must be notable indepedently, see WP:ORG. It would be great if you could find non-trivial press coverage of the organization, or references to prove that it is really "impacting the lives of hundreds of children".
