Hi @Rosiestep and @RebeccaRwanda, Abatagatifu is a master account sockpupper abatagatif, that’s why I stopped writing , I took the time to read the rules and regulations of Wikipedia, and I'm still learning more about it. I know Rebecca, she's my Wikipedia Community User Group leader, we discussed what I should do and learn more about it, just in case there are instructions to help me to better understand Wikipedia, You can share it. After reading all Wikipedia policy and guidelines including sockpuppetry, editing policy, IP address, Username policy, and I saw the general rule of one editor, one account, I understood and it helped me. Morning, When I was writing in 2002 (the account was called Abatagatifu), I was blocked, I didn't know what it is, after a time, I created another account called Abatagif,which was also completely blocked because of sock Puppertry Master account Abatagatifu, <nowiki>I immediately stopped writing to make sure I knew what it was. this error and misunderstanding and irregularity caused me to be blocked. I request a second chance to be unblocked as a writer, and I will never make any mistake again . Thank you

None of the accounts involved were active in 2002. Additionally, your contributions have been really blatantly inappropriate. It looks likely you've been engaged in WP:UPE, which is what lead to your original block. You don't address this at all here. I think Wikipedia is better off leaving you blocked.
