Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 13:33, 22 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Leadership, Jimbo Wales and Larry Sanger

[edit]

I suspect your teacher will be happier with a report where you have done your own research, unless, of course, the object is to interview someone. If the latter, then you might consider talking to someone you know personally who would have reason for taking time to talk with you. You don't have to be famous to show leadership qualities, nor do you have to be an adult. Your team coaches, teachers, local church elders, the captain of a sports team at your school, a family member are all more accessible to you and you are less likely to miss your deadlines if you choose one or more of them as your subject. If you don't need to do an interview, but must just find out about leadership and its challenges from someone who has been there, then you might be sure to read Jimbo Wales, Larry Sanger, Nupedia, History of Wikipedia, Citizendium on Wikipedia, and use the reference list on each article to branch out into the Internet. Type these names into Google and see what the sources actually had to say. Perhaps then, if you have specific questions, Jimbo and Larry might be able to answer them. Good luck. // BL \\ (talk) 15:15, 22 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, you placed a request for help here, but I can't understand your question. If you have a question about how to edit Wikipedia, please place another helpme, and someone will answer you. Thanks!  Chzz  ►  23:23, 31 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Note that this user is indefinitely blocked and probably intended to have the admin who blocked him respond to the question. to Spy: I imagine it's probably a classmate of yours, maybe one who is unrelated to this whole mess. If you were editing from inside a school then there's no reliable way to tell people apart, but only tell where they are editing from. Soap Talk/Contributions 23:49, 31 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
