Right from the first sentence there are problems: as been steadfast in providing sterling contributions to the growth and development. This is not WP:Neutral phrasing, this is glowing praise of the topic, which continues throughout the whole draft.

We do not care what CARDI has to say about itself, we care what uninvolved experts have to say about it. We need citations to regional newspapers, books, etc dicussing this organization's significance.

Most of this article is internal stuff, mission statements, minutiae of subdivisions, etc. that we do not care about. What we do care about is how outsiders have commented on the impact of CARDI's work.

I strongly advise you read Wikipedia:Notability (companies) to see what kind of information and citations we do need.
