Hi, I understand you are a beginner here, so I am trying to be helpful and accommodating. However, you have wrongly undone my edit, which fixed several small problems in the article. These are as follows:

1) punctuation goes before references

2) other articles are only wikilinked once in the body of any article

3) ambiguous wikilinks need to be resolved ("disambiguated") to point to a single article

4) the name "ashtanga yoga" doesn't point where you would like it to: the article you want is called Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.

On edit conflicts, they can't be avoided; best is to get your material ready in your "sandbox" (look up, it's on your menu) and then make a quick edit when you're ready.

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Camilla Lackberg in 2019.jpg[edit]

A tag has been placed on File:Camilla Lackberg in 2019.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use it — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". Hallo again. As with your contributions to Kino MacGregor, I understand you are still a relatively new editor, and I am trying to make allowances. However, you have had time to try to learn Wikipedia's ways, and it would be enormously appreciated if you could take care to follow the style used in whatever article you are editing.

I have immediately had to do a whole lot of quite complex tidying-up on this article, as you have not followed the writing style, the citation naming, the citation formatting, the date format, and so on. I have removed a lot of unused (i.e., redundant, useless) parameters - we do not need "language=en" for articles published in America as this is the default.

What we do need is to have the author's name separated from the title (and the website or journal's name, too). The required format is |last=Doe |first=John R. |title=<name of article> |date=1 January 2000 and so on. It sometimes takes a bit of searching to locate the author's name on a web page but it is a major datum so please always see if it can be found.

A minor thing, it makes editing far easier if references are named rather than numbered. Thus "Rain 2019" is far better than ":2". If you are using a tool which creates numbers, please put in name and date to follow the style of the rest of the article.

A much bigger thing: PLEASE CHECK that a citation is not already in use before adding it again. For example, Sharath Jois's Instagram statement was already in the article and correctly cited. You should reuse the citation by copying only its name, like this:

rather than creating a duplicate citation.

We also need to take great care with sources; the special case where Sharath Jois has used a flaky format (Instagram) rather requires us to use it, but we do not normally rely on social media or blogs.

It is not desirable to provide a list of six or more sources for one claim: it is better to cite one or two of the best sources.

Section headings are written in "Sentence case", i.e. first letter is the only one capitalised, barring proper names.

It is recommended to avoid "and" in section headings, as a section is supposed to have a single subject.

And so on. It would be appreciated if you kept your edits a bit less "drastic" until you are more familiar with Wikipedia's policies, approach, and editing standards, rather than making large edits, creating sections, and the like, which can easily become disruptive: it was close to doing that in this case. And another thing: please take great care not to remove citations that support the text. You removed a citation that was supporting a direct quotation - that's a really rough thing to do, as the next thing is that someone will see the uncited material and delete it. I assume it was a mistake on your part, I certainly hope so. This amount of needless cleaning-up work is actually over the threshold where it would be entirely justifiable simply to revert all your edits as chaotic and disruptive. I haven't done so, but it is costing an absurd amount of time and effort to rectify. I shall expect much more care from now on. Chiswick Chap (talk) 12:46, 25 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
