Wikipedia and copyright

Hello Aliceclements, and welcome to Wikipedia. All or some of your addition(s) to Draft:UN Secretary General's Special Envoys on El Niño and Climate has had to be removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material without permission from the copyright holder.
