bicycle day

I agree that Bicycle Day would be an appropriate article. I've found a few online sources (urban dictionary, reference.com, etc) -- but it would be better to find a few print sources per WP:SOURCE and then recreate the article. Note that a recent debate about the deletion of the {{hotu}} template resulted in it being kept, and therefore it can be used.
